Keypad entry to the buildings provides security and units have a private or semi-private entry from the elevators. This 6th floor unit has 1084 SF and upscale decor. It also has granite countertops in the Kitchen and Baths and ceramic tile throughout.

Beautiful View

We had a nice visit to Perdido Key. Hothead property was just as described and met our expectations for a fun family stay with a beautiful view of the beach.

Everything was great, except the other condo owners.

Our room was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable…. The location of the condo was great…. Our only issue that we had during our stay was owners of other rooms (“board members” for the condo). They were not very friendly and did not make us feel welcomed.

Beautiful location

The unit is spacious and there are gorgeous views from master bedroom and living room. Bed was comfortable. The master bath is missing a stopper to enable a bath. The shower head is not very strong because faucet drips during use. The pots and pans are very much in need of replacement. It was not uninterrupted quiet, though. During our 5 nights we had to deal with landscapers, Window washers, exterminator and someone coming in to replace the air filter.

Clean, spectacular view. It would be nice to know the check-in is not at the actual condo, but a realty company down the street. The text message gave an address for the realty company, but it was not clear that was not the condo address.
