This amazing, lakeview, log cabin is the ideal place for a peaceful mountain getaway!

This beautifully built log cabin is the idyllic stay for a group of 4 that are looking to spend quality time together and disconnect from the stresses of daily life. You’ll love being nestled amongst the mountains with the sounds of nature and the laughter of your loved ones! You and your travel companions will enjoy the wrap-around deck, featuring seating and a gas grill with mountain and lake views, a great place to rest and recharge your soul!
The main spaces of the cabin:
- A comfy SITTING AREA, a wall-mounted TV for in-home entertainment, and a fireplace - creating the perfect space to snuggle up and spend quality downtime together!
- A KITCHEN with appliances, plenty of cabinet space to stock with groceries, and all the cookware needed to prepare homemade dishes. Of course, we included a coffee maker to help you get your day started and a dishwasher for easy and fast clean-ups!
- A wood DINING TABLE for enjoying sit-down meals and good conversation at home, and it can also be used as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.
- 2 BEDROOMS and 2 BATHROOMS to accommodate 4 guests as such:

First weekend in October at the Lee Newton Memorial Park, Jasper, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. This two-day celebration includes a road race, parade, expo, fine arts exhibit, arts & crafts booths, entertainment, children's area, business expo and tours of the marble quarry.
Oct 4-5 - Indian Summer Festival: Held at Woody Gap School in Suches, this festival is a local tradition in early October, offering a variety of activities, including live music, arts and crafts, food vendors, and family-friendly attractions.
Oct 10-12, 16-18 - Georgia Mountain Fall Festival: This festival in Hiawassee features musical performances, craft vendors, educational demonstrations, a flower show, and the State Fiddlers' Convention.

You aren’t just booking a cabin when you rent through Suches Vacation Rentals. Our goal is to help you connect with the area and find the activities you want to enjoy while visiting Suches, in the Chattahoochee National Forest.

Please note: To reach the top of the driveway you will need all-wheel drive. You can however park at the bottom and walk about to the house which is about 75 feet.
When you stay with Suches Vacation Rentals your waiver damage fee, listed as administrative fee, ensures that you are covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damages.
No amplified sound equipment can be used outdoors between the hours of 10pm and 8am Sunday - Thursday and not between the hours of 11pm and 8 am Friday and Saturday.
