Cozy cabin with beautiful screened in porch for relaxing coffee mornings! The older grandkids enjoyed time in the hot tub, and everyone loved the spaciousness of the cabin area.

Our host was very helpful with getting the TV working. A previous guest had switched the cables by accident. The home was extremely well equipped. It’s about a 45 to 50 minute drive to Dahlonega, Ellijay and Blue Ridge. Right in the center of it all but far enough away to seem secluded. Grocery shop before you check in.

The hot tub was nice but the lid was very heavy. Hard to put back on. Second day, water was luke warm. Also toilet needs to be repaired. Chain fell off. I tried to fix it and water was squirting outside of toilet. The bbq wouldnt light with the starter so i hope you dont mind but i had to use a lighter

Quick weekend getaway

Peaceful, quiet place on the river. We were looking for somewhere to just relax for the weekend and this cabin was a perfect place to do that. Would definitely stay again

Very nice property, great location. The cabin was very clean and well equipped. The only downside was hot tub location and size. Overall a great place. Would consider another stay.

A wonderful stay

My wife and I have lived in North Georgia since 1989. The mountains have always held a special place for us. We found our special Edelweiss Cabin in 2014 and now have this remarkable cabin to share.

There are a lot of mountain cabins to choose from. Many are rustic and have a mountain feel, but few are actually on the river and border National Forest. Being located across the river from Highway 60, helps the cabin be quiet and have an isolated feeling. We have put a lot of upgrades into the property, to enhance your visit.

What makes our Edelweiss Cabin unique is the very homey feel you experience in this cabin. It is large enough to be a full sized home, and the furnishings and décor will make you feel as though you are at home. All of the modern amenities are there, but in a very quiet, deep woods atmosphere.
