As of March 2026, The Appalachian started a garage renovation project and also includes the small parking area up top. The garage will still be open during this project. In the months ahead, the community will also be upgrading several exterior surface areas, including the spaces behind the building near the pool, both entrances, and the areas surrounding the property along Route 94.

Impromptu trip for the weekend

Overall we were highly satisfied with the place and amenities offered. The only thing that was awful was the bed. Very uncomfortable. Other than that we had a great time exploring the area, the condo was clean and as represented on the site.
