Terrific location on the island. Great water front room. Entire hotel/condo development is very well kept and nice. Beach chairs and cooler provided were a bit run down, but still useable. Would recommend to anyone visiting Kaua’i!

Overall, a great value for the money. The property was immaculate. The room was lovely, and best of the views from your balcony were spectacular! Very pleasant to turn the AC off and leave the patio door open to sleep with the sound of crashing waves! My only suggestion would be to add some basic knives and forks, so if you have leftovers or get food to go from a local establishment, you aren't scrambling for utensils! We appreciated the small cooler and chairs an umbrella, as they came in handy! Pool wasn't crowded, loved the pool bar, and enjoyed the hot tub. Would definitely stay at this location again

The view was amazing! Checking in and out was a bit confusing but overall we had a great stay. Having access to all of the restaurants and the coconut marketplace was a huge plus.

It was really a super spot looking out at the ocean . The only thing I would recommend is to the host is it would be nice to have a regulator coffee pot for coffee drinkers - Krups cups are wasteful and inconvenient .

Loved this location

Room was very clean and comfortable. The location is great if you plan on doing things all over the island. The grounds were immaculate and the pool was very nice. Access to the Coconut Marketplace convenience store was nice. Would highly recommend renting this listing!

Sleep with the ocean waves!

Right on the beach/beachwalk! Great sunrises, walks, proximity to Coconut Market (with ABC). Sleeping Giant for lunch and supper plates, Lava Lava for breakfast and happy hour!

Beautiful View

The location is awesome, it was beautiful to have that amazing ocean view right outside the door. The coconut marketplace is less than a 5 minute walk away and has great restaurants and stores. Awesome place!

Great location with beachfront balcony. Beautiful well kept grounds. Small kitchenette, but full size fridge, which was nice. Very comfortable bed!

The balcony view was amazing!! Being so close to coconut market place, a short walk, was very convenient. Good food and shopping. Beach swimming is a 30 ft walk. The pool and tiki bar is about the same distance from the condo. The kitchenette is not equipped for preparing meals but fine for storing and heating leftovers or prepared food from ABC store. Overall a magical stay.

The condo was great! Exactly how it is in the pictures. They had beach chairs, snorkel gear and towels for beach days! It’s a good, central location on the island. Can be on the North Shore in 35 minutes, and can be in Waimea Canyon in an hour. Great shops and food nearby as well! The pool and hot tub was nice and the beach was a great view all week long!

Gorgeous view and beach access. Property grounds were beautiful. Lots of lizards, chickens, and other birds all around. Couldn’t get enough of the pretty flowers around the property.

This rental is a treasure. Before and during our stay communication was excellent. I think this is the best room in the resort. The view was incredible and we loved watching the sunrise from the deck each morning. It is close to the pool but not too close. Just perfect height for ocean view. It was easy walking distance to favorite restaurant Lava Lava as well as other exciting things to do like pick up area for kayak tours. It is halfway around the island making trips to north or south easy. We spent a week here and hope to come back soon. The landscaping of area is beautiful. Thank you for helping our 30th anniversary trip truly magical

Nice stay in Kauai

The place was good for our needs but it was outdated and the bed was firm and uncomfortable. The kitchen was very small and we didn’t realized sothere was a hot plate to use for cooking until midway through our trip. We appreciated the beach chairs and snorkel gear available. We loved the beachfront access where we sat each morning and had our coffee and breakfast. Lava Lava Beach Club was also just 100 ft away and we had dinner and drinks there a few times. Would consider staying again. Thank you!
