Spacious Kernville getaway with mountain views, unheated pool, game room, EV charger, and easy access to the Kern River, hiking trails, and downtown. Dog friendly and great for groups, with family extras including a crib, high chair, baby gate, washer and dryer, and plenty of parking.

Outdoor Adventures:
The Kern River is perfect for fishing, kayaking, and tubing—but safety first: the current is very strong. Life jackets are required. You’ll also find hiking trails nearby and Lake Isabella, a short drive away, popular for kite surfing. Kernville’s shops, restaurants, and bars are just a mile down the road.

Safety:
This is a split-level home with stairs, balconies, and a pool, all of which carry inherent risks. By booking, you accept full responsibility for the safety of your party. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL THE TIMES IN THE POOL and IN THE POOL AREA. Owner assumes no responsibility for any accident or injury in connection with such use. Persons using the pool agree with the Owners for and in consideration of the use of the pool, to make no claim against the owners for or on account of any loss of life, personal injury, or damage to or loss of personal property.*

Perfect Kernville getaway!

This is a wonderful, comfortable and clean rental. It was perfect for our group of 3 parents and 5 older teens for a rafting trip.

The sunrises from the primary bedroom view are spectacular as they rise over the hills, especially on cloudy days. The sunsets are just as beautiful, particularly when relaxing by the pool. We also love the occasional wildlife sightings and the quaint small town feel that makes this area so special.
