Government issued photo ID must be presented on arrival.
Strictly no smoking or vaping in the apartment or within 25 meters of the building .
Apartment is protected with a Ring doorbell that automatically records video.
A Minut noise monitoring system is installed. The system will only alert if decibels exceed a certain level. It does not record or transmit sounds and conversations.
Due to building regulations, no visitors are allowed.
No events or parties.
Portable air conditioning units available for an additional fee of £19 per night per unit.
Keys must be left inside the apartment at the end of the stay. A £100 fee will be charged for each unreturned key.
