SUN & SNOW BUNGALOW: 3BR Adventure Basecamp

Whether you’re chasing powder at Snowbird (30 mins away) or exploring Temple Square, this spacious Bungalow is designed for groups who want comfort and convenience.

THE SPACE:
This is the main home on the property, featuring 3 bedrooms and a fully remodeled interior.

• Bedroom 1: King Bed with cooling Memory Foam.
• Bedroom 2: Full-over-Queen Bunk Bed.
• Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds.
• Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa and Smart TV.
• Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and dining area for the whole group.
• Laundry: Free in-unit Washer and Dryer.

OUTDOOR & AMENITIES:
• Hot Tub: Relax in the shared, year-round hot tub in the backyard.
• Parking: Private driveway + street parking.

LOCATION:
• 14 Minutes to SLC Airport.
• 10 Minute walk to TRAX light rail (Central Point Station).
• Easy freeway access to Park City, Big Cottonwood Canyon, and Little Cottonwood Canyon.

PETS:
🐾 Dogs are welcome! ($75/Pet/Stay - 2 dogs maximum). We ask that they stay off furniture and are crated when left alone.

⛔ STRICT RULES (Please Read)
• No Smoking: Strictly NO smoking or vaping inside. $500 Remediation Fine.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. We are in a quiet neighborhood and noise complaints are taken seriously.

NOTE:
This home shares the lot with a small Casita in the back. While you have the main house and driveway to yourself, the backyard and hot tub are shared communal spaces.

This short-term rental is legally permitted by South Salt Lake City and short-term rental business license # BL-1004605. Any short-term rental in South Salt Lake City operating without a business license number included within its online advertisement is operating illegally.

Perfect location in SLC

Perfect rental, just big enough with the nice touches (hot tub and espresso machine!) And in a very quiet neighborhood but just minites from almost everything we like. Would love to stay again!

Very clean and well decorated. My family enjoyed their stay. We were close to everything. We were able to take our boys to their doctor appointments with no problems. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

Very clean & spacious rental. We only had 3 adults so we each had our own bedroom, but easily could’ve slept 4-5 more.
