This stylish loft located in the heart of Los Angeles is fully equipped with wifi, TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube TV, Criterion Channel), two record players, a spin bike and an in-unit washer/dryer. The kitchen has everything your heart desires, including a microwave, oven, double-door fridge, dishwasher, blender, toaster, air fryer and even a pasta maker. The apartment is located in the Arts District, one of the hottest neighborhoods in the Downtown L.A. area. Great for taking pictures, IG-worthy street art, world-class restaurants (Bestia, Bavel, Damian, LA Cha Cha Chá etc.) and breweries all within a one mile radius. There are subway and bus stops located close by and it's a short walk to DTLA, Boyle Heights, Chinatown and Little Tokyo. There's also a community root top and gym that you're welcome to use.
