This unit also has a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room making this unit a complete home away from home.

Parking notes: The unit includes a parking spot directly out front of the unit, making access and moving supplies in and out very easy. There is also first-come, first-served parking available in any of the spaces labeled "guest."

Security camera details: No security cameras, but home automation features like an electronic lock make it easy to provide access - no keys to worry about! Also the property has 24/7 security personnel onsite.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
