Was hoping to like it….
We were in town for a week for a wedding. We were really hoping to find a VRBO we could continue to visit instead of hotels,but this one isn’t it. The positives; the location is very convenient to Pooler and a quick ride into Savannah. It was easy to check in and access the property. It did have enough space for a family of 4.
Negatives; the owner was unresponsive once we arrived, we even tried reaching him through VRBO customer service and…nothing! The trash bins were full and overflowing from the prior guests, who obviously were there partying, even though that’s apparently not allowed! There was blood in the master shower we had to clean up ourselves, and the back door was left wide open. If you plan to cook at all and avoid eating out every meal, don’t plan on it here! There’s barely enough silverware for a family of 4, forget any cookware or other utensils. The master shower was also broken, and the water barely trickled out once we were able to get the thing to turn on.
We stay in VRBOs all the time with family, we also own other properties, this was disappointing to say the least! It’s clear the owner doesn’t upkeep it at all and doesn’t check on any issues or maintenance needed. I would not recommend this property at all for a clean, comfortable stay!
