The Crescent 313 is a delightful condo with three bedrooms and three baths accommodating up to ten. Let beautiful accommodations set the tone for your coastal getaway in this bright, sunny condo with stunning interiors. Afternoons away from the pool can be enjoyed in the living room on cozy furnishings with family and friends. Share time together watching a movie on the flat-screen TV or enjoying a meal out on the private balcony. Whipping up savory treats and frozen libations is a breeze in the spacious kitchen with tons of counter and cabinet space. Whether sipping morning coffee at the breakfast bar as each day begins or gathering for a board game as the evening unfolds, your whole crew will be comfortable in this peaceful retreat. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en suite bath with a garden tub, a lovely feature for bath lovers. Private access to the balcony encourages quiet conversation at day’s end, watching the moonlight glisten on the Gulf of Mexico. Additional guest suites are just as accommodating, one with a king-sized bed, and the other featuring two double beds. The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements, while a full-sized washer and dryer are a lovely convenience for everyone in your group.

Aside from gorgeous accommodations, The Crescent features two swimming pools, an exercise room, a hot tub, and a fully stocked library. Plus, with the beach just steps away, you’ll have everything right at your fingertips. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Special Notes:

· Amenity wristbands are required for community access, everyone 12 and older will require a wristband. When booking, please mark your occupancy with adults being everyone 12+ years old. Please note, maximum 8 wristbands can be issued per reservation, NO EXCEPTIONS.
