The Crescent 409 is a beautifully furnished two-bedroom, two-bath condo that accommodates up to six guests. The open-concept space is filled with natural light and features coastal decor, making it a serene and cozy retreat. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony, which overlooks the pool and offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for whipping up family meals, with a dining table for six and a breakfast bar for light snacks. Relax on the couch with the family for a movie night, and end your day in the master suite with a king-sized bed, en suite bath with a garden tub, and balcony access for stunning sunrise views. The guest suite offers two twin beds, while a sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. A stackable washer and dryer add extra convenience during your stay.



Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Looking forward to staying with Scenic Stays again

This was a wonderful condo unit. The location is much smaller than other resorts we have stayed at in the past and that was exactly what we were looking for! We wanted less chaos and more of a calmer, relaxed environment to vacation at.

Magic in Miramar

The Crescent proved to be a wonderful place for our family to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Miramar along with the first class amenities of the resort. Not to mention the central location, close to great shopping and great restaurants. It exceeded our expectations in every way.

A beautiful condo, a beautiful facility and a wonderful staff make for a memorable stay in the heart of Miramar Beach! You can walk to shops and restaurants and the glimmering gulf is right outside your door! It just doesn’t get any better!

The View!!

We had a great stay! The staff and host were extremely accommodating. The unit had everything we needed. The view of the beach was stunning, we could see dolphins every day from the balcony. The private beach was clean and beautiful. Having the beach chair setup was so nice and convenient!! I would definitely stay again!

Cozy and Comfortable

Been coming to this area (Destin) for several years. Stayed at the Crescent for the first time in 2022 and now this year 2023. It’s our new favorite for sure.

We love the Crescent but didn't have a great experience with this particular unit. It wasn't very clean, two of the three TVs didn't work, and we were missing duvets upon arrival. The front desk was not helpful, but I finally got a discount once I connected with the property manager.

Best place on the beach!

The condo was very large and had everything that we needed. It had a Keurig coffee station with single and whole pot coffee. It took the round filters. It does NOT have a hair dryer. I had to buy one. It is right in the center of the fourth floor with great views of the ocean and property. We have been staying at the Crescent for 30 years and they have maintained their property and landscaping well. The pool is the best in Destin!

The Crescent is a great place to stay

The first night the master bath shower has a slow drain, and the other bathroom tub/ shower was slow to drain as well, the next morning notified the front desk and the maintenance team took care of the issue, then the dryer wasn't drying and had to hang clothes on a drying rack, notified maintenance and they did not have an immediate replacement, so a drying rack had to be used for the remainder of the vacation, which was a real pain in the rear. the owners should keep things like this in mind, even though people are on vacation for a full week, they will need to use the dryers especially to keep clean towels available. Please keep your appliances updated!! all and all we have rented at the Crescent many times, actually this was the 2nd time this year and this was the 1st time having any issues.

Great Location

We had a great trip to Miramar Beach! The location of the Crescent was perfect- just steps from the beach. The pool is one of the biggest and best pools we've seen at Miramar Beach- which was important on the double red flag days. Overall, the complex was really nice. We used the workout room a few days and it is well stocked with all kinds of equipment. There were a few minor things about our particular unit that we didn't care for. The shower drain was backing up, but it was quickly remedied with one phone call to maintenance. The couch/chairs in the living room all sat very low and were not very comfortable. There were no smart TVs, so we did not have access to our streaming services (just regular cable) and ended up watching a movie on an ipad that we brought with us. The pantry/laundry door was very difficult to open and close as it sticks pretty bad. But like I said, these were minor things and did not hinder our vacation in any way. We would definitely return to the Crescent.

Condo 409

The first thing I encountered was in the bathroom. The holder for the toilet paper had "brown stuff" on it. I don't know what is was but untactful. Kitchen had a fry that was all black and brown (left too long on BBG grill-then not cleaned). Handle on another pan was loose (impracticable and dangerous to use) but was replaced by ScenicStays staff. Fish plates appeared had not been washed in the dishwasher, after we ran them thru another cycle and whatever the red stuff on them was gone. The porch furniture is disintegrating, every time we used it. One chair was unstable, downright unsafe, rocking a result of a chair leg broken. TV the reception was terrible, poor picture and voices muffled. Not user friendly, no instructions provide for easy operation. I called a head of time about a hair dryer and was told the condo had one. It didn't, none to offer to cover information mistakes. The dish washer rocks, was not properly anchored, rocked loosely when opened. Refrigerator needs water and air filters changed, easily identified with flashing notification. Just information, to help understand our rating.
