Lovely Downtown Condo, Walk to Historic Downtown!

Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom Townhome, in Downtown Flagstaff, walking distance to historic downtown, restaurants, bars & events. Centrally located to everything downtown has to offer. Townhouse has Wifi streaming TV, Disney+ with Hulu, Max, and Peacock. Covered parking, 2 spaces, are just outside your kitchen for easy access. Fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer. Outdoor patio with propane BBQ grill. Sleeps 5, no pets, no smoking.

Window AC unit only in bedrooms upstairs. AC installed July - September


Townhome can comfortably sleep 4 adults and 1 child.
Front bedroom has 1 queen size bed
Back bedroom has bunkbed- Extra Long Twin over Queen size bed.

Located 14 miles from Arizona Snowbowl Ski Resort. Free Mountain Express Shuttle to Snowbowl Ski Resort every weekend In January and February.

Close to many biking and hiking trails. Trail maps and books provided.
Right off Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS).
15 minutes from Continental Country Club, public golf course.

Great stay - everything was super well appointed - kitchen implements, laundry and bathroom. Loved that it had 1.5 bathrooms - and super convenient location. Host was great, communicative and responsive.

We loved our stay at this lovely home. It was close enough to walk downtown to enjoy food and entertainment. We walked to farmers market for homegrown treats. It was the perfect spot to enjoy our weekend away. Loved the attention to details from teas, to hot cocoa, to extra blankets, and all the little extras that were offered. Would definitely stay here again.

Flagstaff Fun

We used Flagstaff as our home base and drove to some of Arizona’s iconic destinations each day. It was a great place to call home, and the VRBO was very pleasant and comfortable.

Very nice and cozy place! All as pictured. Very clean and has all the amenities you need. Host was very responsive to our questions. Repair to shower faucet was done within a couple of hours! Great location and central to all of our day trips! Downtown Flagstaff was walkable and has a lot to offer! Would stay here again!

Meghan is an excellent host. She provides many niceties including luxury linens, and a fully stocked coffee and tea bar just to name a few. The porch and patio are a real bonus to this property. I have never stayed in a cleaner home and she is wonderful to communicate with! 5 star stay all the way! Many thanks to Meghan for a perfect stay!

Four days in Flagstaff

This place is exactly like the images. It is centrally located, near downtown. The neighborhood and neighbors are very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. We could walk to the shops and restaurants downtown. We were also impressed with how well-appointed the place was - lots of little touches that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Terrific stay—great location, comforts of home

Great condo stay. Perfect location for enjoying Flagstaff downtown area and quiet lovely old neighborhood. Contemporary decor, very clean and comfortable, great linens, spacious and serene—perfect for one or two. Also, great parking, easy access, fast internet, and a very helpful host. Great rental

My wife and I loved this condo. Location was great. A nice walk to center of Flagstaff. Sunday farmers market was two blocks away. Julie has furnished the condo with everything imaginable. It was a great place for us. Hoping it will be available next year!
