Beach Happy at Elis Apartment 2

This is the perfect place to stay in Ocean City for all types of groups. My place is close to many local restaurants, bars, and businesses. It is about a 3-minute walk to the beach and/or boardwalk. With 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, you'll have all the space you need. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and all others. It's a great place to stay at the beach and is close to everything that you will want to do!
In order to assure customers of our availability for a memorable stay, our office hours will run from 9 am until 11 pm. In addition, customers can reach us through the business phone number/ email will any concerns or questions.
The office will be located on 12 Street, at Wilmington Terrace. Pets are welcome upon request. There is A $25 fee per pet night applied. Guests under 25 must pay a $50 security deposit, per person. This will be completely refunded if the place is left clean and there are no damages to the apartment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards, money order, cashiers check or cash at arrival Extra guest is 20$ per night. Please note, guests must bring their own towels, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and top sheets. We provide pillows, pillowcases, blankets, mattress covers, and fitted sheets.
