The front circular driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. The neighborhood is close to the beach and restaurants.

Pools are serviced weekly. Being outdoors and unscreened, leaves and small debris may blow into the pools between service but this will not necessitate additional cleanings. A pool net is provided if leaves cause any inconvenience in between cleanings.

Regularly scheduled property maintenance such as lawn, pest control, etc. may come to provide routine services to the exterior during stays. Pest control is typically the 3rd Thursday of every other month, and lawn service days vary and are typically 3 times per month. Maintenance days/times are subject to change without notice.
