John and Stacy are Realtors with over 25 years experience in the industry. John also worked for a large cruise line for over 18 years where he honed his hospitality skills and learned the finer points of delivering extraordinary guest experiences. As frequent users of vacation rentals ourselves for over the last 20 years, we learned quickly what we liked and didn't like when we stayed at different destinations. We got to a point where when we traveled, we had to stay in a vacation rental and had a hard time staying at hotels, even the finer ones. From our own personal experiences and John's professional experience in the hospitality industry, we felt we could put together an incredible vacation experience for families or friends that would be second to none. We've lived in Pompano Beach for 25 years and love what this area has to offer. We have raised two kids in this area and the house is literally down the street from our home. We found this house as we were riding bikes through the neighborhood and it looked like it was a perfect candidate for our vacation rental adventure. The house has a classic split plan layout with with large bedrooms and a huge pool. The basic layout was great but it needed a lot of TLC so we got to work in December 2017 and finished the project in March 2018. We think we've captured modern design with a homey, comfortable feel that should make all guests feel like they are at home but in a tropical setting. As mentioned, we have exclusively stayed in vacation rentals for the last 20 years during which time we made note of the likes and dislikes. With this experience, we made sure we included all the essentials, the basics and the "wow's" into our property features. We think you'll like what we've done.

Location, Back-Yard and Spacious. This house is very centrally located near the beach, dining and activities. Its near everything! The backyard has a large travertine patio, huge heated pool and a shaded lanai. The patio furniture is comfortable and has a large dining table that seat 6-8. The entire house is very open and spacious. All the bedrooms are big with ample closet space, the kitchen is modern and large and the family room is sizable. The house is perfect for a larger family or group of friends.
