この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Why Guests Love This Property:
1. Unbeatable First Lake Access
Being directly across from First Connecticut Lake means guests can walk to the water in seconds. No driving, no parking, no hassle — just step outside and enjoy the lake.

2. Dock Space for Boats
Most rentals don’t offer dock access. For guests who fish, boat, or bring kayaks, this is a huge advantage. It makes the stay feel like a true waterfront vacation.

3. Direct Snowmobile Trail Access
Trail 139 runs right by the property. Riders don’t need to trailer machines or drive to a staging area. They can gear up and go — a major selling point in Pittsburg.

4. Sleeps Up to 7 Comfortably
Families, friend groups, and multi-generational travelers love having enough beds without feeling cramped. It’s rare to find a cabin that sleeps 7 with this level of access.

5. Mountain & Lake Views
Guests want a “Pittsburg experience,” and the views deliver it instantly. The scenery is part of the vacation — morning coffee, sunsets, photos, and quiet moments all feel elevated.

6. Fire Pit & Outdoor Living
Evenings around the fire are one of the top-rated guest experiences in the North Country. It’s where families connect, couples unwind, and memories get made.

7. Backup Generator = Peace of Mind
Power outages happen in the Great North Woods. Guests love knowing their stay won’t be disrupted — heat, lights, and comfort are guaranteed.

8. Prime Location on North Main Street
Close to restaurants, gas, trails, and the lake — but still quiet and scenic. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and wilderness.
