Close proximity to Santa Monica, LA Airport, and Venice beach boardwalk. The Marina restaurants and view of the boats are spectacular. Kayak or paddle board with a sunset. WiFi and TVs in every room to fully relax watching your favorite on demand shows. Comfortable pull out queen bed couch for more room.

This place was very clean and spacious. I was very impressed with how responsive the host was. She always picked up the phone when I called. A rarity these days! We did find the parking extremely confusing. I thought it was just me, but the people who stayed with us found the garage diifficult to navigate. We we were told that the other people staying in with us could stay in guest parking, but when they did, they received a warning the next morning stating that they were not to park there. But overall, we were very pleased with the accommodations!

This roomy condo has a beautiful balcony and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. It is in a great location, and communication with the host was excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We enjoyed staying here while moving our daughter into college. The location is perfect and the Marina so close is a plus. The property was clean and is located in a safe area of LA which is wonderful. Close to all the tourist sites but set apart so you can relax comfortably. Definitely will return.

Wonderful location! Very spacious with two primary suites and a rather comfortable comfortable pull out sofa bed. Walking distance to groceries, Starbucks, and a wonderful little French breakfast /brunch place. Communication was no problem. Entry instructions were very clear. We have family nearby and plan to stay again.

This apartment was beautifully maintained, plenty of space for 6 of us, and located in a very safe, convenient location of Marina Del Rey. The apartment had good quality, clean bedding, extra towels for the pool, a kitchen with plenty of spices and dishes and bakeware. PRO TIP… Once you receive the text from the lovely Owner showing by video how to get to the one assigned parking spot by keying in the garage code, study that before you arrive and try to memorize it or at least familiarize yourself with it and also coordinate with your passenger to give you turn by turn directions… that will help you navigate to the correct parking spot! If you memorize it, you’ll be part a of a very elite club!! We found it really helpful to write down all the codes in a separate document and keep it handy. Finding guest parking in this building was not an easy task, so if your group is driving, many cars and staying here, this may be a challenge for your group. There’s only one assigned parking spot for this apartment. Guest parking was definitely unreliable. Ralphs, Starbucks, and some other restaurants are within close walking distance! The location of this high density living apartment is fantastic… very convenient to lots of amenities!!
