The open dining room has seating for 8, and opens into the kitchen was has all brand new stainless appliances.  There is also a washer and dryer off the dining room. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds (one has an ocean view!) and they both share a full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Down stairs in front of the building there is a shared patio space with a patio table and an ocean view! You're going to love your stay here! 

Guests have access to the entire apartment, as well the patio seating in the common area. 

The perfect location! You're just 30 seconds walk to the beach in Marina del Rey, in a quiet part of the Marina Peninsula, but you're also just 3 blocks to Washington Blvd, where you'll find restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the Venice Pier! 

Uber or Walk is the easiest! But you do have parking for 1 car if you need it, and you're just a few blocks from the bus route on Washington. It's also easy to rent a bike or a bird scooter and see all of Venice, Santa Monica, and The Marina!
