Newly remodeled Mid Century 3 bed 2 bath ranch house in the middle of all Kansas City has to offer. Located in Prairie Village, one of the nicest and safest parts of Kansas City which is a quick drive to Country Club Plaza, Power and Light, KU Med, Union Station, Down Town, stadiums, etc. This house is also walkable to parks, groceries, coffee, restraunts, etc. Fenced back yard with patio, private off street parking, and game room all help to make your comfortable and relaxing.

What a cute and clean house, half a block away from a shopping center on a quiet shaded street. We would stay here again.

Good central and safe location

This is an adorable house close to all the wedding weekend events. It’s very clean and the beds are comfortable. The grocery store at the corner is a plus.

Girls trip

Great Place for Family!

This was the perfect place for our family trip to KC! It was clean, spacious, and fun (kids loved the ping pong table!). It was also very convenient to the things we were doing in town. Great place :)

Very nice house

Very nice and very clean house. The neighborhood was peaceful and within walking distance to some stores and restaurants. We were in town for a wedding and the house fit our needs perfectly. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect gathering place!

Quiet centrally located home amongst shops, restaurants, and neighborhood with park within walking distance. Home nicely decorated, clean with all the essentials. We enjoyed our stay.

Visiting family!

This was the perfect place for us to stay when we came to KC to visit our grandchildren, The walkability to the grocery store, Starbucks and other retail spots is excellent The home is clean and very comfortable, just as described. Cindy was great to work with. We will definitely stay again!

Great house!

We were on a short family vacation to Legoland, 4 adults and 3 children. The house was a great fit for us (they even provided a pack-n-play), nice friendly neighborhood and it was VERY clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Nancy's place is a great place to stay.

We were here to see my son and go to a concert at starlight theater and of course eat some barbecue. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Nancy's property.
