LIVING ROOM
Bright and peaceful. The living room is the perfect space to unwind after your travels or at the end of the day. The TV has both streaming services and local channels. The fire place works with the press of a button - real heat, real cozy!

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked to provide all you need for cooking, snacking, and making your morning cup of coffee. We provide a drip coffee maker, sugar, and creamer. In addition to pots and pans, we provide oil, salt, and pepper for cooking.

BEDROOM 1
The first bedroom is just off the living room. This bedroom has a king size size bed, small TV, and full bathroom attached.

BEDROOM 2
This bedroom has a queen size bed, small TV, and closet to use during your stay.

BEDROOM 3
This bedroom is across the hall from bedroom 2. It has a bunk bed (twin over twin) and closet to use during your stay.

BATHROOM 1
This bathroom is connect to bedroom 1. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of towels. This bathroom has a standup shower only.

BATHROOM 2
This bathroom has a shower/tub combo. It is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of towels.

LAUNDRY
Just off the kitchen, there is a laundry room with washer/dryer along with detergent, dryer sheets, an iron, and ironing board.

BACKYARD
This home has a fenced in back yard with a small sitting area.

Parking
There is room for three cars to park in the driveway with additional parking on the street if needed. This house does not have a garage.

Your host was very responsive and accommodating. The house was set up nicely in that the common areas were between the Master and the 2 other bedrooms/bath so offered some privacy. It was very clean and inviting.

We had a great stay. House is comfortable for 4 adults, even using the bunk beds. The host was awesome and so responsive and open to feedback. We would certainly stay here again.

We felt safe comfortable. They had all the necessities needed extra blankets, shower mats, cleaning supplies etc. The host gives prompt attention if needed bonus quiet neighborhood. Its only 5min away from restaurants etc which was awesome. The accuracy of this lovely home is legit from my family & I.

Easter weekend

We are very grateful to be able to stay at this home for Easter weekend. It was a great place for our family to be able to celebrate together. The kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking our family meal easy. We enjoyed being able to spend time here as a family!

Gas stove leaked. Carbon monoxide alarm went off. Had to call 911. Host replaced stove but ordered an electric and house could only do gas.Bedrooms dusty. Cobwebs in bathroom and kitchen.

The step into the laundry room is not the correct height. It is too steep. This is a trip and fall hazard. Also a code violation. My brother in law fell and bruised his elbow and leg. He is 79 years old and is sore from the fall. Also the step down into the family room is also a trip and fall hazard. It’s too high. The host on this property was not too cooperative when I asked for the owners insurance company.

We loved our stay at Allison’s place! The house is updated throughout and very clean. The layout is perfect-the master bedroom is on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms on the other side. The large couch in the living room with the fireplace was a great way to end the day-especially with the bottle of red wine that Allison had waiting. We have stayed in a number of VRBOs and Air B&Bs and this has become my wife’s favorite. The location to downtown OP is perfect-walking distance to great shops and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in OP.
