Lovely home with all the amenities that you need. Host is extremely friendly and responsive. Great area especially in the fall and close to downtown and train station.

Monica was very responsive to any and all requests. The property was clean, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. Located close to center of town yet very quiet neighborhood . When we return to SW Colorado; we will definitely look to stay in this property.

We had a great stay. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the short walk to town! Monica was a great host. She was very friendly and responsive throughout our booking and stay and we would definitely book with her again and recommend her to others.

The house was easy walking distance to downtown. The house had everything needed. The secluded outside seating area with grill was perfect for our guests. They were all envious.

Wonderful stay in Durango! House is very centrally located and gave us great access to both downtown as well as short walk to hikes / bike rides Monica was a spectacular host - would absolutely stay here again!

Properly on very quiet street; close to downtown and railroad station. Very well appointed home with a beautiful side yard. Includes patio seating and grill. Very comfortable stay. Would do it again in a heartbeat!

Probably our favorite rental we’ve ever had. Monica was outstanding, home was spotless, well stocked kitchen, parking was easy, and excellent proximity to downtown on the river trail. Would stay here in a heartbeat!

This property was outstanding and exactly as advertised! My sister and I were in Durango for a sisters weekend and this property was clean, beautiful and so convenient. The host was super communicative and helpful and it was so easy from behind to end. When I come back to Durango I will 100% book this property again!

This was the perfect little place for our Durango getaway. The place is very well maintained with a well equipped kitchen to cook in. The proximity to all things downtown was perfect.

Fantastic location and the house was beautiful. Spent a lot of time in the courtyard. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen was well equipped.

We loved this beautiful home, very clean and comfortable and it has a perfect location within walking distance of everything in town. Monica, our hostess was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. We've been coming to Durango for years and this was the best place we've stayed. Also, easy to get to Purgatory if you're skiing.

Great little house close to Main St in Durango. This house has everything you need and you can walk anywhere in town. It’s right next to a park and tennis courts and is close to Ski Barn and a grocery store. Monica was a great host!
