We Love it Here

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed here for years and have always had an enjoyable stay. My only complaint is that too much light comes through the blinds (from the lights on the outside of the building). Putting curtains on the bedroom windows would be great for those of us that need total darkness to sleep.

Excellent getaway spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is absolutely perfect! It's cozy, clean and spacious. It has absolutely every cooking essentials you need to make any meal. The property employees are such sweet people! And the location is perfect, it's close to the "main part" of the Parkway, but tucked back enough that you are not bothered by traffic sounds. There is also a grocery store and The Island both easily drivable from the property.

A little disappointed this time due to lack of upkeep.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been there numerous times before and I am disappointed this time. During a rain storm water started coming through all the windows on the front of the building. Went down and spoke to the front desk and they said they would have someone come and check and they never did. We had some of our personal items in front of the windows and it all got wet. I did take pictures of all the water that was coming in and everything that got wet.

Family vacation Sept. 24-28, 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love to stay at your condos and we have several years. It is convenient and good for us as we are elderly and my husband walks with a cane. We stay on the first level (Room 103) 3 bedrooms. This year, it was real dirty; floors especially. My grandkids feet were black...not just dirt. Carpet needs replacing. Furniture is fading and worn really bad. We told the office staff and she reimbursed my cleaning fee; however, we would like for it to be cleaned and spruced up a bit. We probably won't be staying next year (but we might).

Great Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at Cherokee Lodge several times in a 2 bedroom unit, but this was the first time in the 3 bed. We loved having the extra space but unfortunately the mattresses in 2 of the bedrooms were very uncomfortable, the sectional had 2 seats that felt like a spring or something was coming through which was also very uncomfortable. The foldout was very old and worn and looked dirty and the washer and dryer took forever to do a load of laundry. Had to run the dryer several times just to get the clothes dry.We will stay here again, but would love to see some updates next time.

My only suggestion, after a few years of use the furniture is breaking down. it still looks good but need replaced. Thanks for another great stay

Fantastic Place to Stay!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was in a great location to shopping and all attractions, yet far enough off the strip to avoid heavy traffic. The room was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone. I love the fact that each room has its own bathroom. The full kitchen was a nice addition as well. Our room was very clean and well kept. I will definitely be staying here again.
