We stayed off season so it wasn’t crowded at all. Loved the water pressure in the shower, amazing!! Great ocean view. Hot tub was clean and hot. Beds were comfy. The unit could use some light maintenance.

Great property- perfect for our dog loving family!
The property manager was great and communication was easy! The property was right on the beach and perfect for our family of four with our dog! Highly recommend!

Fun trip
My overall impression of my stay at the Patricia Grand is very satisfied and i wpuld definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to be cloae to the Ocean and all the activities surrounding the area.

The room was as described and plenty of room for us while at a volleyball tournament. The host reached out each day to check on us and that was very nice. Messages were answered promptly. Just a note on the hotel itself and not the room or host but we did book here as we liked the restaurant being in the hotel along with Starbucks as we are on limited time with volleyball-but the restaurant was closed as was Starbucks so that was disappointing. But the room and host were excellent. Pet friendly was also a plus but others should pick up after their dogs in pet area.

Location was great. However, the condo could use a paint job-walls/doors dirty. The hallways looked dismal and dirty. Maintenance person was not very accommodating.

We chose the site due to the beautiful balcony. The balcony was blocked and we didn’t have access the entire stay. The French doors were blocked from the outside and no windows opened. Other condos in the building had access but we did not.
