The property and the community grounds were fantastic. We had a party of 5, and the there was more than enough space for everyone. The community pool was nice, as was the adult only area. Wish we would have stayed longer!

Excellent place

We had a great time. It was so clean and roomy! The ghost tour was so fun! Only downside was coffee shop and manor being closed. So many fun things to do with the kids. Wish we would have booked longer!

Spacious & Clean Accommodations

We loved our stay here with our 6 young children. The grounds were beautiful, the pool a decent size and clean and the units were spacious and comfortable! The location was close to everything we wanted to see and do. Communication with the management company was great. We’d definitely come back again!

Great Place

Overall we had a great stay. The property was as advertised with enough beds for our family of 5. Enjoyed having separate rooms and bathrooms from the kids. Washer and dry were a plus. Had a nice patio area on the back and plenty of space. Had two designated parking spots and was quiet. Overall had a pleasant stay!

We will definitely stay here again

I stayed here with my husband, two children, and my elderly father. This was the perfect accommodation for us. My father who is not great using stairs was able to sleep in the first floor bedroom, my husband and I took the second floor and the kids loved having their own two beds on the third floor. We explored Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown during the day and the kids enjoyed the playground and indoor pool after dinner. We had great communication with the host and check in was easy.

Wonderful place // close to everything

Our family had a wonderful time. The place was perfect for our family -- nice-sized bedrooms, large bathrooms, perfect size living room and kitchen. Everything was very clean too. We went to Busch Gardens, Jamestown and Great Wolf Lodge -- we never had to drive more than 15 minutes. The management was extremely responsive -- answering questions and helping us with anything needed.

Surprising History

We wished we stayed one more day to take advantage of the property more, we booked our trip with the mindset that we would just be sleeping at the location, but the movie in the pool, live band, and haunted tour made us wish we could stay one more day. We hope to be back and will book an additional day just to hangout!

Exceptional

Everything about our stay was the top. Location of the property to Colonial Williamsburg was 2-3 miles. The (guarded entrance) property was very well maintained. The concierge contacted us during our stay. There is a stand-alone in-house coffee shop on the campus. The housing was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Booking was easy and the property manger even called me before our stay. There really wasn't any negatives. I would stay here again and not bother looking anywhere else.

Teens, Busch Gardens, History and Fun!

Wish we had more time on the property! From pools, miniature golf, volleyball and basketball to just walking, so much to do to enjoy family time. We had a three bedroom for 5 and could have brought an extra friend with us. Close to Busch Gardens and historical downtown. Close to grocery stores. No presentation for timeshare, property had a ghost tour that you could pay for and was fun as they let you use the ghost equipment. Great communication. Alt of the townhomes are under renovation, ours was new with modern furniture over the photos at booking. Kitchen had everything you needed. I would say pack or bring larger garbage bags, just kitchen size. Otherwise it had paper towels, dish soap and a sponge.
