Great location and very well restored apartment space. Stairway upstairs needs attention, center of steps were soft and weak.

anyone looking for a center of chillicothe rental will be overly joyed to stay here. sits in the literal middle of the town. wonderful decor. i loved the balcony with its view of the court house and farmers market with it overlooking g a beautiful courtyard. loved my stay.

Beautiful loft apartment. Was very comfortable, and a lovely place to spend time with my son who lives in Chillicothe. Will definitely stay here again!

So Beautiful

Perfect for me! Super cute place, very well designed! I would recommend this place to anyone! Not handicap friendly though. Lots of stairs! It was a great place for me to come visit my hometown.

Lovely rental downtown within walking distance of retail, business, arts, coffee shops and restaurants. A wonderful, fun, clean property.

This property has been a labor of love, prayers, blood, sweat and tears! The building was built in 1980 and was originally a drug store. When we purchased the property in 2021, it was in pretty rough shape. There are 4 units in the L-shaped property, 2 commercial lower units and 2 residential units upstairs. After renovation, the property has put its mark on the community!

This property has a one-of-a-kind balcony overlooking our small town's Silver Moon Plaza where many concerts & festivals are held throughout the year. The tall wooden and glass doors dividing the office & bedroom are from a nearby high school that was torn down a few years ago. The exposed brick wall provides so much character.
