Excellent area. I have stayed at several Sawgrass South units. Very nice condo that had most of what you needed. The place was mostly clean, very large, accommodations for 8 adults comfortably. It lacked some extra I have gotten in the past for similiar price like towels, storage containers for left over food, puzzles, games, etc... The beach cart was helpful. It is a great place to stay. Only reason I did not say excellent is because I have stayed at larger, more amenities, inside grill, more kitchen things and decks on third floor with nicer outside furniture but this place is great.

This Property was perfect for a beach vacation. The house had everything we needed and was perfect. Safe neighborhood with great amenities, the communication was easy and responses quick. We would stay here again.

Great week - made lots of memories.

Great place to stay. Very clean, had lots of extras for beach trips. Plenty of room for everyone in the house to be comfy.

Beautiful townhouse, great location

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, spacious, lots of cute decorations. My kids loved the pool and proximity to Jungle Jim’s and the stores. We are definitely coming back next year.

Rehoboth stay

Nice condo with plenty of space in a newer development that has pools and other recreation. Easy access to Rehoboth and Lewes but far enough off of Rte 1 to provide peace and quiet.

Great summer vacation

The town house was absolutely beautiful. Even though there are a lot of stairs between floors it was manageable being an older individual. Close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. Nice pools and we met a lot of nice people.

Awesome Stay

Perfect home with plenty of space for ny sister and I with 4 kids. The home is beautiful and location was great! Access was an ease and convenient to many restaurants and stores. Most importantly the beach was only 15 min away.

Create Memories At This Beautiful Townhouse

This beautiful, spacious townhouse is located within a quiet development close to shopping and beaches. The decor in the townhouse could have been featured in the Better Homes and Garden magazine. Not only was it beautiful, but was fully equipped with everything a family would need. We were able to use the resort like amenities - pool, tennis courts and gym at no extra charge. Carl Frampton, from Sunset Rentals, was fabulous! He was always available when needed.

Review of Sawgrass

Overall, it was a very pleasant week and a very clean home. We disked the distance from the beach but we knew it would be a drive. Upon arrival we had some initial issues with one key card not working, so we only had one functioning key fob for a few days before we could get a replacement, and we did have a large group of people, so we were worried about ensuring that we could all get into the gated community. The ice maker barely worked/ produced ice, and our garbage disposal was broken for a few days before maintaience could replace it, which meant that we had to hand wash all of our dishes because it was backing up into the dishwasher. Outside of these things, it was a lovely week, a nice community with nice pools. We had a great time!

Hi Kimberly, thank you for submitting a review on this beach rental. At Sunset Rentals we strive to make sure guests have a great experience which includes communicating with guests before and during their stay. Starting with sending out our Digital Guidebook 2 weeks prior to guest check in date. That said, I want to clarify I couple items. Yes, Kimberly notified us one of the key FOBs was not working. The other key FOB was working and the FOBs are not required to enter the community during the day. They’re only required after 7PM. I personally dropped off the NEW key FOB by 10AM on Monday. Please keep in mind, we have to stop by the HOA Association management office and get the new FOB. That office doesn’t open until 9AM on Monday. When you’re a homeowner things breakdown and need to be repaired. Kimberly called our MAINT/ REPAIR line on Saturday night 7/19 about the garbage disposal not working. We had the plumber stop by Tuesday (7/22) and replace it. That’s faster than most people could get it replaced at the own house. Lastly, we corresponded with Kimberly 11 times during the week she stayed with us and she never mentioned the ice maker not preforming correctly. If we would have known, we would have dropped off a countertop icemaker. Sunset Rentals is the only vacation rental management company at the Delaware beaches with standby portal AC units and countertop icemakers. Again, it’s all about the guest experience and being proactive when appliances or HVAC units breakdown. Thank you for providing the opportunity to respond to this review.
