Let your dreams become reality because this 2-story penthouse condo has you covered. Relish in breathtaking Bay and city views from almost every angle of the condo's living and dining space. Prepare meals in the upgraded, pristine, modernized kitchen, to enjoy them gathered around the large dining table with seating for 10. When it's time to wind down, its luxurious primary suite and four additional spacious bedrooms give you and your family plenty of options and space to relax. Boasting exceptional outdoor spaces, appreciate fresh air on the balcony or take in spectacular views of the city, beach, and bay from your private rooftop deck featuring numerous seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, and dining for all. You can capture an incredible sunrise on the east and a majestical sunset on the west all from the comfort of your own condo.

Other units are also rentals and neighboring noise may be heard from time to time.
The roof deck is exclusively private for your condo only.
Living room fireplace is inoperable.
This home has an elevator that is for guest use. Elevator is managed by the HOA, we are not responsible for elevator malfunctions.
Like many coastal homes, this home does not have A/C. Bedrooms have wall heaters for guest use.
San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Mission Beach is San Diego's lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, originally built in 1925 but since restored, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. Mission Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.
Attention:
This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you for staying with us!
