Words don't even come close to telling how spectacular this home it. The setting is out of a movie and the sunsets are breathtaking. The home was perfect and fully stocked with everything you could think of. We can't wait to get back and stay here again.

Can't say enough good things about this property. Great location, well stocked, very clean and comfortable. Mary was a gem. Genuine and warm, she answered all our questions and more. We wanted for nothing during our stay. I wish every property we stayed at was of this quality. Absolutely superb.

We had a wonderful multi-family visit. The view was incredible, the garage stocked with bikes/strollers/ice chests/chairs and more! The location is a short walk to a myriad of restaurants, bars and shops! The rooms are spacious and the family/front room has the best of both worlds with a quieter TV room for those who want to watch sports or movies without harshing the mellow of those in the front room with the expansive view. Extra freezer and fridge in the garage a huge bonus. Mary and Gina were great to work with. Looking forward to staying again!

I read a lot of reviews for this property before booking and noticed many travelers had stayed multiple times. I can see why! It was one of our favorite VRBOs! Great location within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc. Easy access to the beach and water. Well laid out floor plan with abundant and comfortable furnishings. Friendly and responsive communication with the property manager. Would definitely book this home again!

This property was absolutely gorgeous and the manager was the most gracious host I've encountered with a vacation rental. Mary walked us through and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. She was available the entire stay if we needed anything, which we didn't! The beach supplies and kitchen are totally stocked with everything. Overall, this was the best stay ever for a wonderful family vacation, and we would love to stay again someday!

Great location & perfect home for our group!

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay in this spacious home with fabulous ocean views & just steps from the beach! It was a short drive to visit Sea World, & to go kayaking in the bay, & on a para sailing adventure. The kids ages 12 & 8 also took surfing lessons at Pacific Beach near the house. We definitely want to vacation here again!

Beautiful and convenient

This house was perfect for a family trip for 6. Ending every day sitting on the front porch watching the sun set on the ocean was so relaxing. Walking down a flight of stairs to the beach was the best amenity.We were able to get to all of the major San Diego tourist destinations(Midway, the Zoo, SeaWorld, Old Town, Torrey Pines, Coronado Island) in less than 30 minutes, plus walk to Pacific and Mission Beach boardwalks.There are plenty of stores, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Also, coffee and grocery store.

Fantastic view!

Loved the view and watching the surfers. Mary met us here and walked us through the property. We walked down to the beach and were also 25 minutes from San Diego. Property was exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Great Beach House!

Loved the house, the view, access to the beach, bikes you can ride to La Jolla or Pacific beach. Perched above it all. The house is spacious and very clean with everything you need for a fun beach getaway. Mary is very helpful and responsive to any needs you have.

Family Getaway

Wonderful view of the ocean and easy walking distance to the beautiful beaches and boardwalk; fenced yard offered the little ones great outside playtime while still remaining safe from traffic; kitchen was well appointed with additional small appliances (...only minor issue was the worn-out non-stick skillet which happened to be the pan we used daily); would definitely return to this property location in the future.

Fantastic house

Our family had the most wonderful stay at this house and time in San Diego! The house location is perfect with wide open ocean view and beautiful ocean sounds. Our host, Mary Berry, met us at check-in with Kona coffee, a very helpful list of local eating establishments, and possible sights and things to do in San Diego. We even changed our departure flight from early morning to late in the day to spend more time at this fabulous house and in San Diego! We'll be back!

Amazing stay with incredible views

Our group of 8 and unforgettable stay in San Diego! The house had everything we needed plenty of space, all the amenities you can ask for, and most stunning ocean view a big thank you to Mary for the warm welcome and a great introduction to the property. Watching the surfers

Great oceanfront. Sat on front patio and watched surfers all day. Excellent kitchen for access and large enough rooms to work and relax. Mary, the host was great to work with and even waited up until almost midnight with our late plane to make sure we got settled in. Great fun!

Views!

Our family of five had pleanty of room to spread out and relax. The views from the main living area are phenomenal. Sitting on the front porch in the morning drinking our coffee was a nice way to start the day. Watching the surfers was cool, we even got a glimpse of dolphins swimming by. The bikes provided got a lot of use from us. We rode up to LaJolla for a day. What a great experience. The house is located close to all the shops in Pacific Beach so you can walk anywhere you want to go. Thank you for letting us stay.
