Come and play at Playa Del Cape - where the sights and sounds of beautiful Cape San Blas will entertain you! Recently remolded throughout, Playa Del Cape is a 2 bedroom with loft, 3.5 bath stunning Gulf front townhome located in the gated community of Barrier Dunes.
Panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, new furnishings, and updated finishes are just a few of the many reasons you'll want to stay at Playa Del Cape for years to come!

PET POLICY:
1 larger size dog OR 2 small dogs allowed. Please reach out to property manager with any questions or concerns. Pet fee is non-refundable and guest will be held liable for any damage or excessive pet hair caused by dog(s). Any dog left in unit must be crated while guest is not in the property.

Barrier Dunes is a gated community located on the North end of Cape San Blas. There are many amenities including two community pools, tennis courts with pickleball lines, multiple beach accesses, fishing ponds (no license required) and a playground.

50% of balance due is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in.
All reservations require sending in a copy of your government issued ID for age verification purposes.

My brothers and I have booked stays at CSB for five visits over the last several years. We stay for about a week at a time. So far we've only lodged at Barrier Dunes, which has worked out very well as the units are clean and well maintained. This visit was no different - clean, comfortable gulf-front townhouse at my favorite beach in Florida.The only issue we had was minor. We parked a small truck and a big truck in the unit's carport. The condo is an end unit, so getting the full size truck in was not easy. Some folks may want to park large vehicles in the community parking area after unloading. Again, this was a minor thing for us.My brothers and I will vacation at CSB again, probably next Summer, and we'll most likely reserve at Barrier Dunes again because the community has worked out very well for us every trip there.

Best Stay at Cape

We have stayed in this complex for 3 years now during this week and this is by far our favorite place! It was super clean, well decorated, and well stocked in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and we loved the loft space upstairs for the kids. The access to the beach was super easy, as you walk directly out your balcony door to the boardwalk. Dealing with the property manager, Stephanie, was a breeze. She was super communicative and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Can't Wait to Stay Again

What a lovely updated home! I've been inside several of the homes in this development and this is the nicest one I have been in. My friends who rented other ones were jealous. End unit is also a major plus. Sunsets were absolutely gorgeous. Being closest to the walkway to the beach was convenient. Fish cleaning station, an easy place to store beach gear, a hose to rinse so no sand gets inside, an outoodr shower, all wonderful features. There's nothing I would change and I will be booking again next year.

Beautiful views, warm welcome, excellent communication

I would first like to say, this is a property we will definitely return to! There are a few things we found that needed to addressed, but the managers were very responsive and helpful which was wonderful! One of them is even in site and stopped by when we needed help, so sweet. The main concern we experienced was the sliding door in the second bedroom-it is dangerous, the glass came completely out of the frame on my son, but we set it back in and never touched it again. The only other thing that was off was the cameras on the balconies (I get it, making sure unwanted folks don’t enter, as the main deck is accessible from the ground), but to have it on the master bedroom balcony felt a bit intrusive. I didn’t feel comfortable even changing clothing in the bedroom. But once we knew these things, we adjusted and had a wonderful time. The condo was beautifully renovated and comfortable. We were able to enjoy our vacation as a family with our pups.

Beautiful Location

This condo is lovely both inside and out. The views are astonishing and the home is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable! A great stay.

Great Beach Views

Everything was nice, very comfortable. Only feedback is kitchen items need updating, very dull knives. Also unit needs more than 1 smart TV. Overall very nice!

Beach getaway

Great location on the beach and nice, comfortable accommodations. I would definitely go back. Just be sure to bring your own TP, beach towels, and laundry detergent.
