It is furnished with a queen size bed, a convertible queen size sofa bed, a full size fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and small appliances, a dining table, a work desk area, a spa-like bathroom with a blue-tooth shower system, and a fully furnished living room area with a mobile 50 inch television.

The apartment home has keyless entry separate from the main home.

The private spa-like apartment home can be reserved as well.
