We are a cozy home in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood in the suburbs of The Colony. Our home is close to many shopping centers and restaurants!! Right around the corner you will be able to find a CVS at just 0.9 miles away! 1.2 mile away you will find the Colony Marketplace and many shopping centers nearby, You will be able to do your grocery shopping at our local Walmart or Target just 2.2 miles away! Also if you want some entertainment there´s Topgolf 2 miles away, Andretti Karting & Games and the Galaxy Theatres 3 miles away and RifleGear 4 miles away and if you're a golfl lover there're 3 beautiful courts in just 4 miles away!

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. We allow house-trained pets for a fee of $150 per pet per stay, before fees and taxes. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered. Please pick up any waste from your pets, particularly from the backyard.



- NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS -



We encourage you to enjoy our home, but please remember that only registered guests are permitted during your rental period. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. If you're uncertain about whether your stay falls within these guidelines, please consult with us before booking.



- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS -



Our nightly rate covers the first six guests. Starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged.



- ENTERTAINMENT -



All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you.



- NO INDOOR SMOKING -



Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.



- POOL AND HOT TUB -





HOT TUB OUT OF SERVICE TEMPORARILY



Please note that the pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.



As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.

The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.



NO HEATED POOL



- LANDSCAPING -

The landscaper goes once a week.



- SECURITY CAMERAS -



For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.



- HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS -



Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.



- PEST CONTROL -



This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.



The garage is remodeled as a game room.
