This house is perfect for a family and provides all the comforts of home, while away from home. Guests will have access to the entire house. With over1600 square feet of living space, all three BEDROOMS ARE KING-SIZED, with two queen beds and one full size bed. This home offers a freshly updated kitchen, spacious living and dining rooms, and a dedicated work space. FREE LAUNDRY and FREE PARKING ON-SITE make this a great getaway, all while being only a 7 minute drive from the Edmund Pettus Bridge and other attractions. The fenced-in backyard allows for at least two vehicles to park, with a private driveway. You will appreciate being in the central part of Selma and close to boutique shopping, museums, and food.
**For stays 28 days or longer, the monthly rate is $2400. A rental agreement will be signed between landlord and tenant. First month rent and one month security deposit is required upon signing rental agreement. Landlord will pay a maximum of $300 towards total of utilities. If utilities exceed the $300 limit, tenant is responsible for paying. PETS ARE WELCOME. THIS IS A NO SMOKING RESIDENCE. Please curb your dog using the outdoor garbage can.
