Lake front cabin Direct access to Snowmobile Trails. Hiking & Local shops!

Newly constructed lake front cabin with large deck overlooking lake and beautiful sunsets! Gas fire pit on the deck to cozy up at evenings and glance at the open sky full of amazing stars. Open kitchen living room with vaulted ceilings with a wood stove for comfort or just click the thermostat for heat or air condition on warm summer days. Oversized glass door to deck for unobstructed view of the lake from kitchen/living area. There’s a private covered porch for enjoying an afternoon social or just relaxing with one of your favorite books.
Large level waterfront yard to gather for playing games with family and friends and relaxing by the lake with the crackle of the fire pit at the shoreline. Cabin is fully functional and still a work in progress.
The lake is perfect for fishing, family boating or just taking an evening tour around the shoreline. There are 2 kayaks and a canoe to take a morning paddle. There’s a public boat launch and sandy beach for you to use as well. Bring your bikes and enjoy a ride along the neighborhood dirt roads and view the different cottages.
Access to ATV & snowmobile trails right from the driveway or lake access in the winter with the ice-covered lake. Great hiking nearby, Borestone Mountain, Kineo Mountain, Appalachian Trail just to name a few. Enjoy local artist gallery to shop for crafts, pottery, and photos or visit the Appalachian Museum in only a 15 minute drive to the Town of Monson. Greenville and Moosehead Lake is just a 30 minutes away.

Cabin was beautiful and well furnished. Owner was very communicative and provided great instructions. The kayaks and canoe were great to have. I wished we could have stayed even longer. The lake is so peaceful!

Beautiful property and all the amenities!

Gorgeous property, super private, cabin has all you need for a great stay. Appreciated having canoe and kayaks and life vests available to use and enjoy. Lake is stunning and dock is perfect. Host super responsive and ensured we had all we needed! Would book again. Hated to leave!!

Bachelorette Weekend

This was the perfect location for a low key bachelorette weekend! We had everything we needed and the space was beautiful inside and out. Lovely view from the house and the doc as well as easy access to the main road.

Peace and Quiet by the Lake

Enjoyable stay in a luxurious cabin with beautiful waterfront setting. Great shower, comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, huge windows overlooking back yard & lake. Had a few days sun and a few days rain, listened to loons and watched sunsets. We definitely want to come back to this place.

Piper Pond is our favorite

We’ve stayed at Piper Pond before and really enjoyed this property with its amenities. The kitchen was great to cook in and the comfortable living space was a bonus given we had a day of solid rain. Outside the house was a nice space for the kids to play and we loved being near the water and listening to the loons each night.

So comfortable and relaxing

We booked for 11 nights but could have stayed longer. Not entirely sure where the time went, a true sign of a good vacation! The private dock was a great hangout spot and our son had a great time jumping, swimming and snorkeling every day. Highly recommended.

Beautiful late summer/early fall location

We had a wonderful week on Piper Pond! The cabin was immaculate and very nicely appointed with modern appliances and furnishings while maintaining a Maine cabin feel. Stunning views of the lake and mountains provide a backdrop for a variety of activities including fishing, corn-hole, and campfires!

Outstanding Spot with a Great Host

We stayed at Ron's place for a 4 day weekend of ATVing in the area. His cabin was immaculate. The location was super quiet. He was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. The view of the pond was stunning and spending some time on the dock after our rides quite relaxing. We will definitely be back again and would recommend his spot to anyone.

Wonderful Family Getaway!

Went for a long 4th of July Weekend and it was amazing! Fireworks over the lake! Amazing view, amazing sunset! Great location to unplug (not literally though, WiFi was great!) unwind and relax! Do some Yoga on the deck at sunrise! We can’t say enough about it! It was just what we wanted!

Beautiful location, water amazing, house spectacular with EVERYTHING you need ! Well stocked kitchen, gas grill and plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. Kayaks and canoe, life vests and cornhole. Few puzzles and board games too. Wi-fi if you need to work (but who wants to do that). Bed very comfortable and washer/dryer available if needed. The host Ron very nice and very responsive. Had few quests for him and he responded immediately. Will definitely be booking this location again and again.

Great house at great spot

The site is a quiet western-facing spot on a low key pond near Greenville. We used the kayaks and fished from the dock each day. The house is all but new, in great condition, and well cleaned and stocked. Kitchen was well-equipped. Internet was fast. We really enjoyed this house and would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate home on pristine Piper Pond. Kitchen well stocked, home tastefully decorated throughout, comfortable beds. Kayaks and a canoe provided. This could not have been a more pleasant place to stay while exploring the Moosehead Lake region. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Our expectations were greatly exceeded!

Partially Smart Home. The house has "Alexa for your convenience! "Alexa can control parts of the house. Just ask "Alexa to turn off/on the lights or heating. "Alexa is specific and you will need to say which lights/heating (example-porch lights, deck lights, living room, etc.). You can even adjust the lights for ambiance, just tell "Alexa" to dim the lights to a percentage (example 40%).
When asked, "Alexa" will even tell you the weather, the distance to certain hiking areas, shopping or restaurants and can even tell you the best time of day for fishing or play your favorite genre of music.
"Alexa" will even help with cooking by asking for a recipe or used as a timer.
