The property also includes free Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected while enjoying your beach vacation. Additionally, the unit includes AC and parking for one vehicle.
Please note this is part of a Triplex. This unit is self-contained and has it own spaces and parking spot. The washer dryer is available for guests to use and this is in the garage.
Please note that there are exterior cameras on the property and in the garage they are visible and used for our security.
Also be aware that Mission Beach is a dynamic, lively vacation spot and has something for all ages. There are San Diego noise rules as we are in a neighborhood mixed with rentals and long term residents. Neighborhood rules are enforced and no noise after 10 pm should be heard outside.
