Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. Our team works hard to ensure every guest has a positive experience, and we regret that we fell short in this instance. Upon checking, this unit is listed as a townhome, not a full home, so I apologize for any confusion in this listing! Also, this property has not had a flood or renovations due to a flood, but we will take a look at the water pressure in that bathroom. Thank you again for your feedback and we hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future.
