Oceanfront condotel with Oceanview windows. It sits right in the center of everything Daytona Beach. Within seconds walk to the oceanfront pool and beach entry 🏝️ enjoy the no drive side of the beach in front of the condo. Within a few steps you can be to restaurants, bars; ride the vomatron or sling shot, put-put golf ⛳️, the pier fishing 🎣 or Joes Crab 🦀 Shack, splash 💦 pad; OceanDeck food, drinks, karaoke, & live music; Bandshell live bands & fireworks; go cart & water park; Ocean Center Convention Center; Boardwalk…

Great location for those visiting for cheer and dance; concerts; and events as we are a few minutes walk from the Daytona Convention Center.

This Oceanfront condotel features an Oceanview from the kitchenette & bathroom windows. It sits right in the center of everything Daytona Beach has to offer as it touches the iconic Daytona Beach arch.

Walk to EVERY THING…Ocean Deck, the pier, the beach, the bandshell, boardwalk, the convention center, water park, ⛳️

WiFi (AT&T fiber) and parking for one vehicle is included. No trailer parking. Free motorcycle 🏍️ parking. Laundry 🧺 vending machines, and ice maker onsite.

Queen bed with a memory foam mattress top, twin over twin bunk beds (400 lb total, 200 lbs each twin maximum weight limit), and a sofa that folds out to 38 X 70 with a memory foam topper and sheets provided. Twin bunk bed can be removed for a month or longer rental to make more space for a couple or single traveler.

Room for four to dine, cook, and eat with an oversized mini fridge, microwave, airfryer grill, electric skillet, toaster, two flat top burners, coffee maker, blender, and fully stocked with dishes.

Many restaurants line the side of the building which is very convenient.

Our unit is clean, sanitized and right on the beach 🏖️ walking distance to all Daytona Beach has to offer for a great price! New seawall, new pool deck, and entire concrete restoration. Pool is opened! The room has been newly painted and decorated in an "under the sea" theme with new sheets and new sofa.

The East building just underwent a complete concrete restoration along with the seawall, pool deck, and pool. All outside construction is completed. Construction is COMPLETED!

If you need something a little bigger or want more privacy. We also have two units that are side by side that sleep 4-10 in Daytona Beach Shores on the beach with a oceanfront pool and tiki bar. Message to inquire.

Perfect Location

Great Place & Great Time

The location is right on the beach which was amazing for morning walks and it's close to everything there is to do in the area! Really enjoyed our stay and will be back if we're in Daytona again.

Excellent Location

Our visit was great. The communication between the agent and us was above and beyond. Anytime we had a question Ashely was right on top of getting back to us. We took advantage of getting a canopy and chairs through her for the duration of our stay which was much more cost effective compared to getting them daily on the beach. The walk to local attractions and entertainment was short and we were never bored, there is something to do for everyone. We will be back.

Very Happy

We loved the room. It was decorated in a very cute way, and had everything we needed/wanted, including a beautiful view! The owner was pleasant and very easy to communicate with. The location was great; we could walk to anywhere we wanted to go. Overall very happy and would recommend.

Overall the stay was nice! The room looked exactly like the listing, it was clean and Ashley was amazing to communicate with. Majority of the building was under construction so it was a bit of a inconvenience and would have been nice to know about before hand. But overall the stay was great!

This property was great for a short weekend stay at the beach. The pool was unavailable (mentioned in listing) and therefore made for a longer walk to the beach... just inconvenient, but not a huge deal. The property was clean, the kitchenette worked great for quick meals at lunchtime, and the TV had streaming services my kids enjoyed in the evening. The beach was not crowded and was very relaxing. The owner had great communication.

Cute & Convenient

This is such a cute condo! Great view of the beach from the kitchenette window. With a short walk down the sidewalk to the pool & beach. It's conveniently located near several restaurants & shops that you can walk to as well. The host is amazing! I text her last minute to see if we could do an early check-in. She had just left from cleaning the condo & turned around to give us an early check-in and stayed in the parking lot to make sure we were able to access the lock with no issues. Mrs. Ashley thank you SO much for an amazing 4th of July in Daytona!

Nightmare at Daytona

I want to start by saying that I have never gave a negative review prior to this one. This place was a total nightmare. Upon arrival at the place the first thing that stood out was 1/3 of the resort was under construction due to storm damage and a large portion of the parking lot was fenced off. The rest of the parking lot was overly congested and all most impossible to get in and out of it. The next issue we had was the mold on the apartment’s windows and door frame. Next we noticed our great view of the construction dumpster on the ground directly out our door. The pictures on VRBO the size of the place were very deceptive. They showed the place having a set of bunk beds in addition to the main bed with a lot of space by the angle of the pictures. But in reality there was only about 3 feet between them. I immediately contacted the owner to let her know the issues we had with the place and we wanted our money back due to the unsatisfactory condition of the place. Her response was it wasn’t up to her to refund us and we needed to call VRBO to get one. VRBO representative wasn’t much help either he requested that we send him photos of our issues to file our complaint. We did and while we were on hold he contacted the owner with our complaint but her response to him was she wasn’t going to refund our money. When she refused to refund me the whole amount I made a counter offer of paying for one night. It been over a week now and she hasn’t refunded me anything!

I think your expectations of a last minute $135 a night for a Friday and Saturday night stay on the beach with beach parking and a new beachfront pool during Jeep Week weekend are a bit unrealistic. (The only reason our rooms were open last minute was due to an unexpected cancellation from a returning guest) Yes the East building is under construction only on the INSIDE of the units and only Monday to Saturday 9 am to 3 pm and should be completed this month. We were hit with back to back less than two years ago and the building has done a great job on the entire concrete restoration of the building and restoration of our seawall, pool deck, and pool. Parking is in no way affected. Each unit has a parking space for one guest and stated in the ad and there is additional owners parking if needed by the restaurant. You even messaged me you put the parking pass in your vehicle and parked. You are ON the beach during prime season, it’s going to be busy!! First it was the “naked women on the beach” when that didn’t get Vrbo to give you a refund you just started making things up… mold on the OUTSIDE of the window seals!?!? The ad states it 322 sq ft with a bathroom, hallway, kitchenette, and a room with a tv, night stand, table and chairs for four, pull out sofa, twin over twin, and queen. Yes there are about 3 feet between the beds. Our rooms are clean, smell great, and on the beach for a great price! Yes I did agree to give you a refund for Saturday night if you canceled the reservation immediately Friday so it would have to time book for Saturday night. Your response “I’m going to a concert, I’ll handle this another day” so it was unable to be booked by another guest to offer a refund. I tried to work with this guest on every level including taking his phone calls to answers his questions before his reservation and after checkin. And I stated we would come wipe down the window seals (which we already did but there wasn’t mold) and we would refund if he canceled. Vrbo deemed your reservation as non refundable because your allegations were false and all my reviews of this property are five star ⭐️ including ones that mention the cleanliness. No you are not getting a refund Yes I have blocked your number because at this point it’s harassment and that’s why I said to have Vrbo handle your empty complaints. Save yourself the troubles of renting to this guest! Unless your place is the Ritz for $135 on the beach….
