Thank you for your review, however we are disappointed with the rating. With regards to parking on the property there is plenty of parking as noted in the arrival information provided. There’s a large adjacent parking lot next to the resort which has been recently resurfaced and open 24 hrs. There’s parking directly in front of the resort and also across the street for overflow parking. The parking garage is closed for renovations and will reopen at a future date along with other resort renovations in progress. .With regards to the unit, there is carpeting, which is cleaned on a regular basis, however, most of the unit is Tile. We have no issues with odor or mold in the unit because we constantly run the air-conditioning and also have a high-end dehumidifier that keeps out the moist Florida air. There is also an automatic air freshener that runs in the unit. We did not hear from you during your stay about any of your issues or concerns. We are always available via the app, phone or text for our guests should they ever have any issues. Thank you.

Being on the 9th floor provides a beautiful ocean view, but as noted in the listing, the unit does face south down the beach, so you do see the roof of the smaller tower and can also see the street. Being up so high, the wave sound is naturally softer the higher you go and traffic noise may have been busier since it was the pre–Bike Week period when traffic activity and visitors increase. We are not sure how you heard the AC units, unless you left the balcony door open. With the balcony door open door humidity enters the unit, which can strain the cooling system, and cause it to run continuously.
