Perfect!

Perfect for our family of 6. Beds are very comfortable, house is tastefully decorated, appliances and furniture top of the line and in great condition, quiet and safe community. Location was super convenient for us, not far from airport, enjoyed the trails nearby too. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. So happy we picked this house for our weekend in Phoenix!

Great place for golf!

This property it very clean and is easy access to golf both at the Raven and Legacy golf club. We attended a lesson at Tour Striker golf academy located at the Raven. This place is highly accessible and close to great food options as well. Thanks for making this such an easy stay!

Better than Expected

This was a clean property that was better than depicted in the pictures. The 3 codes (gate, door, alarm) were kind of cumbersome but worth it. The back yard was small but very private considering the house was in town and close to other houses. We would stay again.

Perfect rental

Perfect place to stay when attending a wedding at The Secret Garden

Saadi was a great host and his home was wonderful—clean and thoroughly stocked with everything we needed. The only thing that needed attention was the fountain, but we didn’t spend time on the patio so it wasn’t a problem for us.

Our Arizona Stay

We had a very nice time visiting our daughter who goes to school near by in Tempe. The house was clean and very homey. We visited the hot tub after a long day of hiking. We had everything we needed to fix meals. It was a very nice experience. Thank you

April Wedding

My son and his family joined me for my Niece’s wedding. The home had plenty of room for all 6 of us. It was close to the airport as well as the wedding venue. We loved exploring the area, especially The Farm at South Mountain. I had a few questions about the location of a few things and Saadi was quick to respond.

Beautiful Home Base to Enjoy Phoenix

This property was amazingly quiet and comfortable for our family of four. We never expected to have such a beautiful back patio with so many different types of birds when we were physically located in a large city, but this home felt secluded and we enjoyed sitting outside by the fountain whenever we were at home. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable mattresses, and it had an exceptionally well-outfitted kitchen. We were able to get everywhere we wanted to visit within 30 minutes as long as we avoided rush hours.

Clean and spacious

Perfect place for a group of 6 adults to stay for a great weekend of dragon boat racing! It was definitely nice to come back to a clean, homey place after a long day of paddling. Adults might have a hard time sharing the bunk beds though since they squeaked and moved with every tiny movements. Kids probably will have no problem.

Best Stocked Home We've Ever Rented

The owners thought of everything possibly needed! The kitchen had everything imaginable! Beautiful home, nicely furnished, comfy beds and furniture. Nice patio area with a fountain, which I really enjoyed in the afternoons while family was at spring training ball games. Owner was very responsive. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not in working order, even though a call was placed to maintainace by owner. We'd like to visit again! Mike and Gay H.

Easy to enjoy

I’d say the place was better then pictured! Spacious inside. Outside on the smaller side, but large enough for 6 and as they say, parking is limited. We found the place perfect for our needs and the owners were very accommodating.

Tranquil

This property was very peaceful and tranquil. I was a little concerned about the area, but once inside the gates, it was very peaceful and felt as if you were safely secluded. The home was immaculately cleaned inside as well as roomy and wonderfully furnished. The kitchen had lots to choose from if you're a cook! No need to bring anything. We absolutely loved the beautiful backyard with the fountain and the amazing vegetation! What a retreat! We were very happy with Saadi and his response time as well as being kind enough to allow an earlier check-in, even though we actually got there right at 4. We would highly recommend this home to all!

Wonderful stay!!

We had a great time here while in town for a graduation ceremony at GCU. Communication with the Saadi was great, there were not any problems during the stay, but messaging with him before and during our check in was great. We enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere at the house, it was just enough space for me and my husband, our two children, and my mom, who travelled with us. The location was perfect for quick trips to the store, was close to the campus, and a short walk to the community pool/hot tub. Not sure if we'll be back out that way any time soon, but if life brings us back to Phoenix, we will look into staying here again! Thank you so much =)
