Escape to the serene beauty of West Bay Point Moorings, offering a stunning views of Tampa Bay. This resort-style community in Holmes Beach provides the perfect coastal retreat. Relax in your 2-bedroom condo with a coastal flair, complete with luxury linens. Open the floor-to-ceiling sliders in the master to let the island breeze flow.
The gourmet kitchen, equipped with a full array of tools, makes meal preparation a delight as you enjoy waterfront views. Plus, it includes its own boat slip.
* Please note shorter stays are available upon request from April-December.
* Anna Maria Island peaceful oasis and to keep it that way the island has a noise ordinance is designed to promote a peaceful atmosphere for residents and visitors. It applies to all locations, including public and private properties, as well as businesses. The ordinance restricts excessive noise level ensuring at all hours so that the community can maintain a serene environment.
