This 2/2 condo offers amazing views of the Manatee River from the balcony overlooking the beautiful pool. Walking distance to a playground, the Yacht Club, Hospital, shopping, and the theater. Short drive to Anna Maria Island. Contact us for more information.
This is a gated community which is quiet and peaceful on the river. HOA application with $175 fee required with all bookings not included in VRBO pricing as needs to paid direct to HOA. HOA Application AND signed contract must be completed and submitted to HOA for approval before a booking can be confirmed. There is also a $3000 deposit paid directly to owners. Power is not included and must be paid once copy of bill is sent to you. ***The deposit and hoa fee are NOT included in payment to VBRO. these are separate paid directly to us with signed contract and hoa application.
