So glad you enjoyed watching the boat traffic as it navigates the drawbridge on Manatee Ave. So many different boats it really is interesting. And the jumping fish entertain in the lagoon, a fun pastime, while getting out of the sun a bit. We do like to be at our condo, the location is such a time saver, can get to the Publix in 1 minute, beach in five, and restaurants in three! And having the comforts of home is very important to us too. Happy to have had you stay.

It is great that you found the condo so well equipped and the location perfect. Having the beach a short 6 minute walk away, plus the convenience of Publix and the trolley stop within sight makes for a very enjoyable beach vacation. With our condo located on the inter coastal watching the yachts navigate the drawbridge and the jumping fish in the lagoon are entertaining ways to relax whether you are sitting on the screened in lanai or inside the condo!

So glad you loved the view of the inner coastal and drawbridge over Manatee Ave. We find it so fun to watch the fish jumping as well as the large yachts traversing the waterways! I am glad you liked the location, the grocery store across the street, as well as the free trolley stop in front of our building works out so well. If you choose to walk to the beach it is an easy 5 minute walk! I am glad you will be back in 2025!

Martin, It was great to have you and Debbie at our condo. We are glad that the condo was well stocked, and that everything you needed was available. The location of the condo is really a big plus. The easy 5 minute walk to the beach makes sunset and the music at The Cafe a definite part of the daily routine. Walking across the street to pick up groceries, or grabbing a bite to eat is very convenient. The free trolley stopping immediately in front of our building makes traveling the whole island so easy. It was great that you could be at our condo on AMI and enjoy the beautiful view out of our living room and lanai. Watching the boats as they traverse the inner coastal waterways, and navigate the drawbridge at Manatee Ave is truly fascinating. It is relaxing to be able to enjoy that view and mix it with some "working from home" time. The office/WiFi/internet comes in handy. The short walk to the beautiful white sandy beach really is the best, toss in the surf and sunsets and it is a memory to behold!

We are so glad you could come back again. Also, happy you enjoyed the updated and remodeled bathrooms, as well as the big screen tv's. Know that the new sliding glass doors made it so easy to enjoy the newly screened in porch also. Hope to see you again next year! Laura

I am glad that our two bedroom condo worked well for your family. The free trolley stopping in front of our building does come in handy. And with the full grocery store located across the street you can grab food on way to beach or grab that one item you forgot very easily. AMI is great. Thanks for staying with us!
