✨ Our private 3 bed/1.5 bath is in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located 4 miles away from Uptown Charlotte and 3 miles away from Charlotte Douglas International Airport! This home is perfect for game days, concerts, and other events in Uptown Charlotte. We also welcome longer stays for guests who may be waiting on a home to be completed, are relocating to the area, or are in town for work/school (just send us an inquiry and we can discuss accommodations). We can’t wait to host you! ✨

We know you will love your stay in this private home! Wifi provided (370 Mbps). Towels and bed sheets are provided. There is an onsite washer and dryer available. The driveway fits 3 cars (free street parking if needed). Read more about each space and included amenities below:

> We have a strict no party/event policy. The maximum occupancy in the home at any given time is 6 people. Trespassers will be removed by security. Additionally, there will be a $500 fine, plus the cost of property damage.
> No smoking or vaping is allowed inside to help keep our property odor-free & ensure every guest has a great experience. A fee of $250 will be charged for smoking or evidence of smoking inside.
> To protect your privacy, security devices are on the property's exterior. We have one smart doorbell that records audio & video of the front porch, a camera that records video of the front yard, & a camera that records video of the backyard.
> Easy smart lock entry

Excellent Host and Property

The property is clean and well-organized. The rooms are large, and the hardwood floors are beautiful. The driveway is level and easy to park on. When we contacted the property owner to ask a question, he responded immediately and was very helpful.

Perfect for our weekend trip

We were in town for the marathon. Michael's place was perfect for us. We had everything that we needed. It was comfortable and well appointed. He was always speedy to respond to all of my messages. We would definitely stay again.

Great experience overall

Property was exceptionally clean and exactly as depicted in the photos. Instructions from host were clear and detailed. Neighborhood was quiet. The Keurig was much appreciated! Would definitely stay here again.

Quick trip

This property was just what we were looking for. Less than 5 miles to Downtown or the Airport. We were in town for just one night to catch a ball game. It worked out fine. I would stay again and recommend especially if hotels aren't your thing.

I home was nice & clean. The neighborhood was a bit skeptical judging by appearance. Overall it was quiet. I would recommend this home it is convenient to uptown, the panthers stadium & shopping.

Charlotte get Away Stay

This property was well maintained, clean and just as accurate as the pictures displayed. I would definitely recommend thos as a go to if your plsnning a vist to Charlotte Nc. Comfortable and Well-Appointed Home

The neighborhood was quiet, and the home was nicely decorated and well-appointment. This was a perfect rest stop on our way to Virgnia to drop our daughter off at college. Kitchen and living room had plenty of space. Bedrooms were relaxing and there was one full bathroom and one half-bath. Instructions for check-in and check-out were sent well in advance. We will definitely stay here again.

Major misrepresentation on listing

Total misrepresentation on the listing. Location is terrible and it’s understandable why they didn't publish pics on the exterior. Neighborhood is very rough. Guy next door laying on the hood of his car. We were afraid to get out of our car. Asking for refund from home owner.
