Canal with direct access to Gulf. Everything updated and new industrial ice maker. 15 minutes from Boca Grande island. 6 bikes, fishing poles and all beach chairs, floats, umbrellas,etc. outside patio.

Great location !!!!!

The house was one of the nicest ones we’ve stayed in in Florida. We really enjoyed our two weeks stay, our hosts Cynthia and Todd were awesome. I would recommend to stay there anytime.

Luxurious Quiet Canal Home with great boating / fishing opportunities!

From the moment we arrived we regretted not booking a longer stay. From the ICE Machine to the heated pool and Tiki Hut on the dock, this slice of paradise will accommodate your large family in a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Comfortable beds and huge showers complemented the large bedrooms each with a TV. The use of a remote for the garage door made using the supplied beach equipment or bicycles easier. Lots of newer well appointed seating areas & even an outdoor TV. Kitchen was well stocked with pots & pans new appliances as well as lots of spices & some dry-goods. The required garage beer fridge even came with a shelf fully stocked including some sodas. The paint & pool / floor coatings are spotlessly refreshed. Separate outdoor seating areas allow you to split your group and still enjoy the weather. 10 minutes to the bay via freshwater canals & lock that is filled with snook and tarpon, as well as bream, perch & taliapia. The underwater Lights draw plenty of bait if fishing from the dock with use of many different available rods & reels. Even the "Junk drawer" had fishing lures. The internet was more than adequate to stream our devices. Todd answered texts immediately and even offered advise for activities! Plus he also made sure the pool was nice & warm when we arrived. I will stay here longer next time!
