Come home to your sparkling heated pool and unwind on the spacious screened lanai as the Florida sun sets around you. This is the waterfront vacation you've been dreaming about.

The home is designed for both relaxing and gathering — a massive 70" living room TV for movie nights, a luxurious primary suite with its own 58" screen, and a flexible 4th room with a Murphy bed and desk (perfect if someone needs to squeeze in a little remote work). Fast, reliable WiFi throughout.

South Gulf Cove is one of Port Charlotte's best-kept secrets: a quiet, friendly boating community just minutes from the sugary sands of Englewood and Boca Grande beaches, waterfront dining, shopping, and world-class fishing charters. We had a family vacation for an engagement between ma and my girlfriend and she said yes . We had family from California , Tennessee and Kentucky and everyone loved the house . We had such a great time . The house was as expected and we couldn't have asked anything better . The owner was awesome to communicate with when I had any questions . Would absolutely stay there again .

The house is very nice and in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the heated pool and the dock for fishing. It’s a quick trip to beautiful Boca Grande. We would definitely book it again.

We loved staying at this home. It had plenty of room for our big group. The neighborhood is quiet, yet we were close enough to everything we needed. We saw manatees, caught some fish and enjoyed the heated pool.

This place was perfect, even though the green light on the dock wasn't working, we had an amazing time. We all enjoyed the pool, fishing and the beaches are really close! We would definitely stay again!!

Another nice stay!

Property just as nice as last Spring when we stayed! Dawn was great! We were in Florida during Milton, and she kept me updated on the property, a pleasure to work with!! The home's location is great, a few minutes to shopping, and we loved the dock-spotted some small gators!

Beautiful Home

This is our third visit to this property the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The nearby grocery store and beaches are easily accessible. We love just relaxing by the pool and going down to Farlows on the water for a delicious lunch. Can’t wait to book our next getaway.

Beautiful Property

We were looking for a quick getaway not too far from home, this place was everything we wanted and more. From the easy check in to the cleanliness of the property and the great communication from the owners we had such an enjoyable stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and the dock is so nice. We will definitely visit this property again.

Our favorite places seem to always include bodies of water and warm weather. Being near the water keeps us positive and rejuvanates us. We hope you enjoy this home as much as we do.

We always wanted to have a place on the water where we could relax and enjoy the sunshine with family and friends. This home has it all. Beautiful sunrises, morning swims and afternoon fishing on the dock while taking in the beauty of the area. If you want to see the most spectacular sunset take a short drive to Boca Grande Island.
