Come home to your sparkling heated pool and unwind on the spacious screened lanai as the Florida sun sets around you. This is the waterfront vacation you've been dreaming about.

The home is designed for both relaxing and gathering — a massive 70" living room TV for movie nights, a luxurious primary suite with its own 58" screen, and a flexible 4th room with a Murphy bed and desk (perfect if someone needs to squeeze in a little remote work). Fast, reliable WiFi throughout.

South Gulf Cove is one of Port Charlotte's best-kept secrets: a quiet, friendly boating community just minutes from the sugary sands of Englewood and Boca Grande beaches, waterfront dining, shopping, and world-class fishing charters. Another nice stay!

Property just as nice as last Spring when we stayed! Dawn was great! We were in Florida during Milton, and she kept me updated on the property, a pleasure to work with!! The home's location is great, a few minutes to shopping, and we loved the dock-spotted some small gators!

Beautiful Home

This is our third visit to this property the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The nearby grocery store and beaches are easily accessible. We love just relaxing by the pool and going down to Farlows on the water for a delicious lunch. Can’t wait to book our next getaway.

Beautiful Property

We were looking for a quick getaway not too far from home, this place was everything we wanted and more. From the easy check in to the cleanliness of the property and the great communication from the owners we had such an enjoyable stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and the dock is so nice. Paradise

This is our third time staying at this property, we love the quiet neighborhood it is so peaceful. The pool is beautiful it is also heated for winter months. We were able to visit Boca Grande as it is close by, we ate lunch at Keylime Bistro and had a slice of their famous Key Lime Pie! We also found a place nearby called Farlows the food and atmosphere were wonderful. If you’re thinking about renting this property you won’t be sorry the owners have the place decorated so nice and they excel in communication. Looking forward to the next time!

Beautiful home in a magical space!

Simply put, this place is magical! Spacious, well-appointed house with a pool just steps away, and a dock overlooking all sorts of wildlife in the back. The hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful - we are eager to return!

We always wanted to have a place on the water where we could relax and enjoy the sunshine with family and friends. This home has it all. Beautiful sunrises, morning swims and afternoon fishing on the dock while taking in the beauty of the area. If you want to see the most spectacular sunset take a short drive to Boca Grande Island.
