The space
This delightful Uptown getaway enjoys a marvelous location, two short blocks from wonderful restaurants, shops, & galleries. It has been really well remodeled yet retains its Old Sedona charm. The large, completely fenced-in, tree-lined backyard features an inviting patio & garden area. Cozy & comfortable, it's a great place to live it up in the midst of all that Uptown has to offer.
Guest access
You will have the entire two bedroom unit to yourself. The large deck and backyard is a shared space with the unit next door with a relaxing sitting area to enjoy. You will have your own parking space on property. If your vehicle is low profile, there is a curve to the driveway and you may use on-street parking in front of the driveway, or any open space around the house.
Other things to note
We use the woodburning fireplace in the TV room.

This is a great location, walkable to many restaurants and shops. The off street parking proved critical as there are some folks who park to walk to the nearby restaurants. I liked the layout and everything was clean and neat. I would definitely stay again. Easy check in and good communication with the host

Nice condo in the center of Sedona. We stayed for a week (2 adults and 2 kids) and we didn’t want to leave. You can walk around Sedona and there also a couple of hiking trails. Plenty of restaurants and other shops. Owner promptly replied to our questions. Hope to visit again.

We appreciated the attention to detail at Ben's place. He has tried to think of everything you might need to be at home & comfortable. We had covered parking on a hot spring day, plenty of room to relax after hiking and within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants and fun. The stackable washer/dryer for laundry was another amenity we used. Overall this is a great place, would stay again.

Perfect place to stay. I'd recommend it to anyone. My family loved it. I was impressed how clean it was, I cannot state this enough. You can walk to the strip to eat and shop. The covered parking was nice, no need to hunt around for a parking spot. Everything was ready for us at arrival and we had no issues with anything. Everything worked as it should.

Location was amazing (walking distance to shops and restaurants), house was VERY clean and well stocked. Tons of extra blankets, towels, kitchen items, etc. We were very comfortable there and would definitely stay again!

Clean, well-maintained and comfortable, with good wifi, laundry, and essentials provided. It's in a great, quiet uptown location with shops and restaurants in easy walking distance, and has easy driving access to all major routes (with reserved covered parking!). The check-in and check-out process were super easy, and overall one of the better VRBO experiences we've had.

One of our favorite interests is helping others to celebrate. If you are travelling to our property and are celebrating an anniversary, birthday, graduation, or other engagement, we can add a little extra gift for you/your loved one.

The home is in a quaint and quiet neighborhood with views and greenery. A short walk to restaurants, shopping, convenience store, healing centers, and bus stop. It is also walking distance to the Sedona Heritage Museum, Oak Creek, and walkable to the Javelina and Jim Johnson Hiking trails, which lead to the 7 sacred pools site. Sedona is a dark sky city, so there will be very little lighting, which is a wonderful opportunity for stargazing on clear nights.

Our home is a reasonably priced Luxury accommodation in the heart of Uptown Sedona. Thoughtfully decorated, you will experience unique Sedona charm in our place. You will not find a better location, literally a 60 second walk to Uptown shops and restaurants.
Newly renovated with world class bedding, fully stocked kitchen utensils and COFFEE, outdoor grill, VIEWS, and new Sealy mattresses.
