We traveled to Katy for an equestrian competition for our daughter and this house couldn’t have been more perfect with regard to location and amenities in the home! There is a very bright street light outside of the house so if you are light sensitive at night, be sure and bring eye covers, but if we were to return to Katy again, we would stay there in a heartbeat! The house is well appointed, very clean and a wonderful place to stay!

Hi Kristina, Thank you for being such a wonderful guest, we’re so glad the home and location worked perfectly for your daughter’s competition! Just to clarify for future stays, each bedroom is equipped with blackout curtains designed to provide darkness for restful sleep. We always want our guests to feel as comfortable as possible. We’d love to host you again anytime you’re back in Katy! Warmly, Jackeline

We really enjoyed our stay in Katy! The home was quiet, comfortable, and very modern. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. We especially appreciated the toiletries and snacks that were provided—those little extras were such a nice touch and made us feel welcomed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we loved being able to easily control the A/C to keep the home at a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. Our only concern was privacy. The glass front door allowed visibility from the front of the home toward the back, and the window shades did not provide as much privacy as we would have preferred. At night, it’s easy to see the tv and our silhouette from outside. Adding additional privacy coverings to the front door and windows would definitely make the home feel more private and secure.Other than that, our stay was great! The host was very accommodating and responsive, and we truly enjoyed the home. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the Katy area!

Hi Elaina, Thank you so much for the wonderful review and for taking the time to share your experience! We're thrilled you enjoyed the modern design, comfortable beds, and the thoughtful little extras we prepare for our guests. I appreciate your feedback regarding privacy. We actually do have a dual-layer roller shade system on the windows featuring both light-filtering and full blackout options. I apologize if the blackout feature was easily missed during your stay, and I will make sure we add clearer instructions for future guests so everyone can easily utilize them for complete privacy at night. Regarding the custom glass and iron front door, this is a deliberate architectural feature designed to capture the beautiful, high-end aesthetics commonly found in luxury neighborhoods like River Oaks. That being said, we completely understand your perspective on nighttime visibility and will definitely consider adding a pull-down privacy shade to the front door in the future to give guests an extra option for privacy. Thank you again for being such a great guest, and we would absolutely love to host you again next time you visit Katy!

Lovely Modern home

We enjoyed staying at this lovely house. It was clean and comfortable. The owners were generous to supply essentials like detergent pods for laundry, coffee and cream, iron, blow dryers, and face wipes. We had a delightful weekend at this home. I highly recommend staying at the property.

We chose this neighborhood because it embodies everything we value in a home away from home, peace, safety, and a sense of community. The area is lined with mature trees, well-kept homes, and quiet streets that create a truly relaxing atmosphere. It’s a family-friendly, residential community where you’ll often see neighbors out for walks or kids riding bikes. We love how it feels tucked away and tranquil, yet it’s just minutes from shopping, dining, and Katy’s top attractions, the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our home stands out with its beautiful lime washed exterior and elegant, light-filled interiors that instantly create a sense of calm and sophistication. Large picture-frame windows invite natural light throughout the day, while the soft interior lighting sets a warm, welcoming glow at night. Thoughtfully designed with both style and comfort in mind, it’s a space that feels luxurious yet genuinely relaxing, a true retreat in the heart of Katy.
