Like most rentals we have doorbel/security cameras to verify guest count. This large 3800 square foot home is professionally cleaned and located in a beautiful community surrounded by over 900 acres of hiking trails with huge boulders scattered along the hills. Lovely Community sports park with children’s splash pad. Views of both lakes within a short 3 minute walk. Amazing wildflowers in the spring and secret hiking trails just a few minute walk to trail head entrance. You can see the stars here at night and the most incredible sunrises and sunsets! We are close to Pechanga & Wineries, freeways, grocery store/malls/ movie theatre, Starbucks, and delicious Restaurants all within this perfectly master planned community. If you’d like to heat the pool there is an extra cost just ask so we can confirm and we need to start heating 24 hours prior to your arrival so it’s heated when you arrive. No need to heat in the summer time it heats naturally from the sun. This house has so many interesting cozy spaces to enjoy. One favorite is “Look out Point” behind the waterfall. It’s so relaxing sitting in chairs overlooking the valley watching hot air balloons at sunrise or stargazing at night. Also as the sun starts going down try swimming under the waterfall and sitting on the large bench seat under the waterfall. As the sun starts to disappear sun beams pierce the waterfall perfectly with light dancing within the cave area under the waterfall-it’s a magical feeling you won’t soon forget! Complimentary bottle of chilled champagne from Wilson Creek local Winery awaits you upon your arrival! Organic coffee/tea, snacks, bottled water, etc. Lots of extra amenities for your use such as shampoo/conditioner/ body washes, lotions, etc, If you need help with anything we are local in town.
