And you and the kiddos (or adults alike) will love the fire pit and hot tub! Nothing is more relaxing than soaking any worries away while taking in the fresh Smoky Mountain air!

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
